View Impressions of Amboseli e-book

The full exhibition collection, with a further 60 paintings will be available to view on 19th May.

We are delighted to be holding our fifth exhibition over the past 15 years of Sophie Walbeoffe’s work. Her superbly vibrant and life enhancing paintings have been very much part of the gallery’s raison d’etre. In this troubled and turbulent world her work exemplifies the beauty of nature and its importance to our very lifeblood and civilisation. Her beloved Kenya, its birds, elephants and enormous variety of wildlife are at the core of her work. For the last three years she has had the good fortune to paint at the Amboseli National Park in the rift valley with its outstanding abundance of nature, and the stunning views overlooking Kilimanjaro.

Both the Amboseli Trust for Elephants and the Tristan Voorspuy Conservation Trust will be benefices of this exhibition.

The much anticipated exhibition of recent works by Sophie Walbeoffe. This one man show will illustrate paintings from her travels in Amboseli over the last three years, specifically the work she has done with Cynthia Moss.
