My Father on Grundy
– The Beginning of Greatness

'Since Nikki was a little girl she was either
on the back of a pony or had a paintbrush
in her hand. She loved art throughout
school and when she announced she
wished to go to art school in Florence
I was happy to encourage her dreams
to become an artist.Nikki had always
loved her racehorses and going racing.
I think her passion for the sport and art
is a winning combination. She has great
talent and I am a very proud Father.'

This was written before her
last exhibition by her father,
the late Pat Eddery.
