The three women that make up
this exhibition hail from very
different places across the world,
each with their own experiences,
understandings and cultural
relationships with the horse.
Columbian artist Lina Binkele,
choses to focus her work on historical
symbolism of the horse, studying The Huntress, Nichola Eddery
classical equine imagery.
Nichola Eddery, grew up in a racing
environment in England and her
fascination with horses is imbedded in
her appreciation of myths in nature.
Finally, Adriana Zaefferer a painter
born in the Argentinian mountains
was taught to ride as a child by
local Mapuches, these experiences
continue to influence her work, which
aims to capture the deeply emotional
